User Policies

The user is informed that their personal data, to which Fintrade has access as a result of queries, transactions, operations, contract request, contracting of products and services that take place by any means, or of computer processes regarding data already registered, they are incorporated into the corresponding Fintrade computer file, authorizing it to process those that are necessary for their use in relation to the development of the operation or agreed service that will be mandatory.

Likewise, you expressly authorize Fintrade to use your data in the offer and contracting of products and services, as well as for the development of commercial actions, whether of a general nature or adapted to your personal characteristics. These commercial actions may be carried out by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication.

The information that the user can enter into the software may correspond to corporate information, and eventually, to personal data with respect to which the user acts as the data controller, and over which Fintrade will act as manager in the terms of the transmission conditions.

The user is the sole owner of the personal data that he/she enters or generates in the software. Consequently, the user will have full responsibility to manage, publish, delete or maintain personal data according to their own criteria and policies and at no time will Fintrade act as responsible for such personal data stored in the software.

Users of the software must have the necessary authorizations to deal in any way and transmit to Fintrade the personal data of third parties that they enter into the software for the purposes of executing and fulfilling this contract. Fintrade will keep the personal data of users confidential and will not share or deliver them to third parties.

With respect to the corporate information that the user enters into the software, and that does not correspond to personal data, the user expressly authorizes Fintrade so that it can know, carry out statistical and market analyzes and eventually share this corporate information with third parties so that Fintrade or those third parties may offer their own services to the user.
Fintrade reserves the right to dispose of the databases that result from this process of collecting, processing and storing information, without this implying any right to reveal the source of the information or documents that belong to the user. The foregoing will apply even in the events in which the user has not acquired the maintenance, support and updates services regarding the software.

The user permanently and irrevocably authorizes Fintrade, or whoever represents their rights or successors in any capacity, and / or whoever holds the status of creditor of the user, so that for financial, credit and commercial purposes, consult, maintain and report to any operator of databases of financial, credit and commercial information, the information related to the commercial, financial and credit behavior of the user.
